Obedience Training:

AllBreeds' trainers use various training techniques to fit dog's individual learning styles. We will show you how to achieve a well-mannered companion. Your dog will learn to respect you as their compassionate leader. You will be supplied with the knowledge to build communication and understanding between you and your four-legged friend.

Requirements for Dog Classes:

  • To participate in GROUP OBEDIENCE classes, dogs should be 18 weeks old. For dogs under this age, please consider a private lesson, puppy consultation or puppy kindergarten Classes.

  • Dogs must be up to date on the following vaccines:

  • Rabies (when old enough to receive inoculation)

  • Distemper/Parvo

  • Bordatella/Kennel Cough (this vaccine must be administered at least 10 days prior to entering the facility)

Owner must come in to register prior to the first class. Proof of vaccines must be submitted for our records, and all owners must be 100% committed to training their dog!

Basic Obedience Training:

Our Basic Obedience course is 12 weeks long, and covers far more than just the basics!

Not only will you learn how to teach your dog to heel, sit, down, stay, and come when called, but you’ll be impressed at what your dog will do when s/he graduates! At the end of this course, here are just a few things you can expect your dog to do:

  • Walk nicely on a loose leash …regardless of the situation you’re in!

  • Re-focus his/her attention on to you …even when distracted!

  • Behave politely in the presence of other dogs and people

You and your dog will also be introduced to quite a bit of intermediate, off-leash, distance control exercises.

Upon graduation of Basic Obedience, your dog will be awarded the American Kennel Club’s Canine Good Citizen certificate. Nowadays, more and more home owner insurance companies are requiring dogs to have this certificate.
