I was recommended toMonro bya family friend when Imoved tothe area. Ihave gone here several times now and they have been great. Ihave brought both cars here for regular maintenance aswell asa couple modifications for myWRX. The are always friendly and honest. Prices are fair and they dogreat work.

For years, Ihave been coming here for various automobile services. Ihave always thought ofthe team astrustworthy and honest and dependable. However, ona recent visit, Ihad abad experience. While away, Igot anail lodged inmy rear passenger tire. Subsequently, anaway tire shop fixed the problem for meand marked mytire where the repair was done. After that, Ihad mycar serviced atMonroe, where Iwas told mytires would berotated. Afew days later when Idiscovered that the tirewith the marker was inthe exact same spot prior tomy alleged rotation, Iconcluded that mytires werenot, infact, rotated. The marker onmy recently repaired tire gave itaway. This concerned medeeply from both asafety standpoint aswell asa monetary standpoint. Iam putting this out there and would encourage others tomark their tires and Iwanted toalert the general public ofmy experience. Unfortunately, after years ofservice and purchases atthis location, Iam deeply disappointed inthe management oversight atthis location and myfamily and Iwill not bereturning.… – show

I’ve been going here for acouple years. Always reliable and always super nice. Idon’t feel like I’m getting ripped off and they always give megreat recommendations. Iwas there for anoil change recently and they did myinspection early since they already knew itwas going topass soI wouldn’t have tocome back the following month.
