Residing on Kukuroo Mountain, the Zoldyck family is a group of assassins famous throughout the world of Hunter X Hunter. Their strength as an assassin group is incomparable, and they've made quite a name for themselves due to their overwhelming success rate.

Although the members of this family are few, all of them are skilled in their own way and can thus be very difficult to deal with. More importantly, Killua's status as a Hunter x Hunter main character doesn't make him the strongest member of his family. In fact, there are several Zoldycks with far greater power than Killua.

10 Milluki Zoldyck Is A Smart Person With Countless Inventions To His Name

Milluki is the second eldest son of Sliva. Although he was raised to become an assassin like his other siblings, he unfortunately isn't as gifted as Killua, Illumi, or Kalluto in terms of strength and Nen mastery. That said, Milluki is a smart person with countless inventions to his name.

Surprisingly, he is skilled enough to use Nen, as seen when he managed to perceive Nanika healing Gon. As a testament to his abilities, Milluki managed to hack into the Hunter Website, one of the most secure domains on the Internet. Overall, however, he's the weakest

9 Kikyo Zoldyck's Full Strength Is Still Unknown

Kikyo is the wife of Silva Zoldyck and Killua's overbearing mother. Her strength is still unknown but she has been revealed to be a Nen user skilled in Manipulation type techniques. Her strength and combat prowess are likely good enough since she's a member of the Zoldyck family.

However, she's definitely among the weakest members of the family since she barely ever leaves the estate. All things considered, the fact that she successfully knocked out Canary proves that Kikyo cannot be underestimated.

8 Kalluto Zoldyck Is Strong Enough To Be A Phantom Troupe Member

The youngest child of Silva and one of the newest members of the Phantom Troupe, Kalluto is an extremely talented assassin. Like Illumi, he is known to be a great Manipulator and his Nen skills were clearly good enough to warrant a spot in the Troupe.

During the Chimera Ant arc, Kalluto was able to overpower and destroy a Chimera Ant officer without much trouble. Despite his prodigious knowledge and combat prowess, it's evident that Kalluto's skillset still requires a ton of polishing.

7 Killua Zoldyck Has Enough Time To Fulfill His Limitless Potential

As Gon's closest friend, Killua Zoldyck is one of the most important characters in the Hunter x Hunter series. He is a prodigy who was once the heir of the Zoldyck family. However, he decides that he wants more from his life and chooses to leave Kukuroo Mountain for his friends.

Killua is primarily a Transmuter, but he's talented enough to be able to control different types of Nen as well. As the series progresses, Killua improves his fighting style so much that he could land multiple hits on Menthuthuyoupi, one of Meruem's Royal Guard.

6 Illumi Zoldyck Is The Most Dangerous Member Of The Younger Generation

Illumi is the eldest son of Silva and Kikyo Zoldyck, but he may not end up becoming the family patriarch. He obtains his Hunter membership at the same time as Killua, later joining the Phantom Troupe. Illumi is a phenomenal Manipulator — one of his abilities allows him to transform people into helpless puppets.

He can also use the puppets to kill others, as expected of a true Manipulation Nen user. Illumi's powers are pretty incredible, explaining why Hisoka ranks him above many of the Zodiacs. Last but not least, Illumi's Ren is a nightmarish experience for anyone in the vicinity, further illustrating his incomprehensible strength.

5 Silva Zoldyck Is A World-Class Assassin On Par With The Best

Silva is the current leader of the Zoldyck family and a tremendously powerful fighter. Like Killua, he's a Transmutation Nen user who excels in close-range combat, although Silva is considerably more experienced than his son.

Silva is also a world-renowned assassin who is strong enough to defeat one of the members of the Phantom Troupe without much trouble. In the Chimera Ant arc, he managed to defeat Cheetu, a Squadron Leader, with one blow. Fans would have definitely liked to see Silva use his Explosive Orbs, a technique that looks deliciously destructive.

4 Zeno Zoldyck's Experience Enhances His Already Formidable Power

Silva's father and Killua's grandfather, Zeno Zoldyck is an expert assassin who has a terrific knowledge of Nen principles and is, consequently, a phenomenal combatant. He is a Transmutation Nen user, although he can easily exploit numerous other Nen types.

Zeno is known to have developed a plethora of Nen techniques of his own, all of which are extremely deadly. His tactical intellect is also part of what makes him so strong, as seen when he deduced the nuances of Chrollo's Nen ability in a matter of seconds. In fact, even the overpowered leader of Phantom Troupe considered Zeno a great threat.

3 Zigg Zoldyck Visited The Dark Continent And Returned Alive

Some fans believe Zigg to be Zeno's father, but this fact is yet to be officially confirmed in the series. Along with Linne Horsdoeuvre, Zigg accompanied Netero on a rather perilous journey to the Dark Continent. That said, he doesn't even appear in the main story aside from brief flashbacks.

His Nen type remains unknown to this day. However, the fact that he spent time in the Dark Continent and returned unharmed proves that Zigg is nothing less than overpowered. Zigg is also the only Zoldyck who looks like Killua.

2 Maha Zoldyck Allegedly Battled Isaac Netero To A Standstill

Maha is the oldest member of the Zoldyck family and also the most intriguing one since little is known about him. Surprisingly, Maha is the only known Zoldyck family member who is primarily an Enhancement type Nen user.

In his prime, his strength was such that nobody was able to put up a fight against him. His grandson Zeno states that the only person capable of battling Maha and surviving was Netero, but any details about this legendary fight have not been revealed. Maha appears in the 1999 anime but is unfortunately excluded from the 2011 remake.

1 Alluka Zoldyck Can Grant Practically Any Wish Through Nanika

Alluka is the second youngest child and the strongest member of the Zoldyck family. Although she doesn't know how to fight, her frightening powers come from Nanika, a mysterious entity that might be from the Dark Continent. Simply put, Nanika can do anything and everything.

Nanika shares a form of symbiotic telepathy with Alluka, but nobody understands how it came to find her in the first place. When Gon Freecss fell into a coma following his fight with Neferpitou, only Alluka/Nanika's wish-granting ability was capable of restoring him to normal.
